Barktoberfest Adoption Event, Oct. 25, 2009

Fifi & Fido's Pet Boutique parking lot at 555 E Basse Rd. in the Quarry Market (http://www.fifiandfidos.com)

What

This event will be from 3:00 until 6:00. Set up will begin at 2:00 p.m. because we need to wait for one business to close before we descend. Dianna, owner of Fifi and Fido's, has arranged for many fun activities to bring families out. There will be face painting, an artist doing caricatures, a photographer with pumpkin cutouts for photos, a kids bouncy and costume contests. There will be a stage for dogs to strut their stuff in costumes as well as owners and their dogs dressed in a matching theme. Prizes will be awarded. Members

Eligible animal welfare shelters and rescue groups must be approved AAPAW members. If your nonprofit organization would like to participate but is not yet a member of AAPAW, please grab the member application and email it to members@aapaw.org. After your membership is approved, please sign up for the event at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AAPAW/database?method=reportRows&tbl=13.
